 Terms and Conditions for WallWise 4K

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WallWise 4K (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WallWise 4K and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

License

WallWise 4K grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any App material in any other media;
• Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any App material;
• Using the App in any way that is or may be damaging to the App;
• Using the App in any way that impacts user access to the App;
• Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WallWise 4K, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent WallWise 4K from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

WallWise 4K is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the App you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of the App.

Assignment

WallWise 4K is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between WallWise 4K and you in relation to your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
